Advocacy

Looking ahead, Food For Life Nepal is committed to continuing its support to governments and aims to provide meals to over 25,000 school children by the year 2032 AD.

Handwash, Sanitation, and Nutrition Awareness:

At Food For Life Nepal, we go beyond just giving meals; we focus on the overall well-being of the children in our Mid-Day Meal program. Through regular campaigns, we educate students with essential knowledge on proper handwashing, sanitation practices, and the importance of maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet for healthy wellbeing. Our initiatives include educating students about the potential health risks associated with excessive consumption of processed and unhealthy foods, with a particular emphasis on avoiding junk food. FFLN holistic approach goes hand in hand with our mission to create a positive and lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Dental Check-up Programs:

At Food For Life, we provide special attention on the overall health of our Mid-Day Meal program beneficiaries. To safeguard the dental well-being of participating students, we have implemented organised dental check-up programs. These programs focus on preventing dental issues and encourage good oral hygiene practices among the children. Our goal is not just to provide meals but also to make sure that every child in our program stays healthy and happy. Through these dental check-ups, we aim to contribute to the oral well-being of the communities we serve

Health Check-up of our kitchen team

As much as we are committed to the wellbeing of children, we also prioritise the health of our kitchen team. Comprehensive health check-ups are regularly conducted to ensure the well-being of our dedicated staff.. Our health check-up drives focus on early detection and preventive healthcare measures, aiming to contribute to the overall health and vitality of our team.. This initiative underscores our dedication to both our team and the beneficiaries, aligning with our mission to promote well-being in the communities we support.

Ration Distribution (HAUSALA):
